The DoD’s Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) occasionally supports presentations on the SBIR and STTR programs to groups of business people, investors, technology-oriented entrepreneurs, and others interested in high-tech R&D. Frequently, these presentations are sponsored by federal, state, and local business development or economic promotion agencies.
